Manufacturer warranty
Mont Alpi grill warranty, as stated by the manufacturer (parts covered in full for the period shown):
- Stainless-steel roasting hood, 15 years: against rust-through, when protected with a suitable all-weather cover.
- Stainless-steel cooking grids, 15 years: against rust-through (not surface rust marks), when covered.
- Stainless-steel tubular burners, 5 years, when covered.
- Stainless-steel firebox, 2 years, when covered.
- Electronics and ignition, 1 year against failure.
After these periods, Mont Alpi’s limited lifetime warranty lets the original owner buy these parts at 45% of list price. Not for commercial use. Keep your receipt, serial number and model number for any claim, and follow the care steps in the warranty guide.
