Payment Policy

Effective September 15, 2026

Grande Outdoors processes orders in Canadian dollars. The payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout.

Secure payment processing

Payments are processed through Shopify and supported payment providers. Grande Outdoors does not receive or store your complete payment-card number.

Authorization and order review

Your payment method may be authorized or charged as part of checkout. Orders can be subject to payment verification, fraud screening, product availability and shipping review before fulfillment begins.

Taxes

Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout based on the order and delivery destination.

Declined or failed payments

If a payment is declined, incomplete or reversed, we may pause or cancel the order until payment is successfully resolved.

Refunds

Approved refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy and are normally issued back through the applicable original payment method where available. Processing times after a refund is issued can vary by payment provider or financial institution.

Fraud prevention

We may hold, verify or cancel orders where payment or order activity requires additional review. If we need information to complete verification, we will contact you using the order information provided.
