A beautiful sauna deserves a well-planned setting. Grande Outdoors can assemble your sauna and coordinate the electrical connection with a licensed electrician. We can also scope the base, access, placement and surrounding outdoor space.
Assembly, electrical work, foundations and site preparation are separate services, quoted after reviewing your location.

How do I configure my sauna?
Start with the sauna kit, then choose your heating system, lighting and available feature details. The displayed total updates as you select priced upgrades. Request your preorder quotation when you are ready.
Is delivery included?
Free standard delivery is included in the displayed price. We confirm access and any special delivery requirements before your preorder. Assembly, electrical work, foundations and final placement are additional.
Does my sauna arrive fully assembled?
These selected packages are supplied as kits for on-site assembly. Local assembly is available through Grande Outdoors and is quoted separately.
What power does it need?
A hardwired electrical supply is required. We will confirm the Canadian-approved heater and controls before ordering. A licensed electrician must verify supply, circuit sizing, panel capacity and installation requirements. Wi-Fi controls require a suitable network connection.
When will it arrive?
Preorder availability: January / February 2027, based on current supplier guidance. Your delivery schedule will be confirmed in writing before your preorder is accepted.
Can I change the finishes or add options?
Yes. Choose from the listed upgrades or request help with a particular finish. Items marked “price on request” are quoted separately and are not included in the displayed total.
What is included in the displayed price?
The base sauna kit, free standard delivery and any priced upgrades you select. A compatible heater is required for use and is selected separately. Taxes and installation are additional.
How do warranty and aftercare work?
We will confirm the applicable Canadian supplier warranty and heater/control coverage with your written quotation. Keep your purchase records and follow the manufacturer’s assembly, use and maintenance instructions. Contact Grande Outdoors for help with a product issue.
What maintenance should I plan for?
Follow Leil’s care instructions for your exact model, including regular cleaning, ventilation and appropriate timber treatments. Inspect and maintain the exterior and benches regularly; exposure and frequency of use affect the schedule.
