These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases from and use of Grande Outdoors, operated by 2173030 Alberta Ltd. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, together with our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

Canada-only storefront

Grande Outdoors currently serves Canadian customers. Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Products and specifications

We work with manufacturer and supplier information to describe products as accurately as practical. Specifications, finishes, availability and included components may change. Screen colours may differ from actual finishes. For installation-sensitive purchases, please confirm critical dimensions, fuel type, electrical requirements and compatibility before ordering.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. Orders may be reviewed for payment authorization, fraud prevention, supplier availability, shipping feasibility and obvious pricing or listing errors. If we cannot fulfill an accepted order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate cancellation or refund.

Payment methods available to you are shown at checkout. Orders may be subject to payment authorization and verification. See our Payment Policy for additional information.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping terms, freight-delivery expectations and remote or limited-access destination considerations are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery timing is estimated and may vary by supplier, carrier, weather, destination and product availability.

Returns and cancellations

Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Custom, special-order, installed, assembled, used, fueled, plumbed or connected products may have restricted return eligibility as described there.

Freight inspection and damage

Please inspect freight deliveries whenever possible before signing. Note visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt, photograph the packaging and product, and contact Grande Outdoors promptly. Concealed damage should be reported as soon as it is discovered.

Installation and safe use

Many products require qualified installation, site preparation, code compliance or connection by licensed trades. Customers are responsible for following manufacturer instructions and applicable building, gas, electrical, plumbing and safety requirements. Do not operate a product until it has been properly installed and checked where required.

Manufacturer warranties

Product warranties are generally provided under the applicable manufacturer's warranty terms. Grande Outdoors will assist customers with reasonable warranty coordination where appropriate, but warranty coverage and remedies are determined by the manufacturer unless otherwise required by law.

Website use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with store operation, or use site content in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Grande Outdoors is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays, misuse, improper installation, site conditions, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions. This section does not exclude any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.
